- Compiling a list of HR documents that will be converted into electronic forma
- Preparing notices of switch to HR electronic document management (addressed to employees)
- Developing regulations (if not already available):
✓ Regulations on use of digital signatures by employer and employees;
✓ Regulations establishing the procedure for employer's processing of work-related electronic documents and documents containing personal data;
- Monitoring employees' acknowledgement of documents against their signature
- Preparing amendments to internal regulations, employment and other contracts following the switch to HR electronic document management
- Mapping HR processes
