Law on liability for late or erroneous filing the registered person's employment credentials published

According to the law that amends the Russian Code on Administrative Offenses, should a company fail to submit employee's credentials to the Pension Fund of Russia in due time or submit incomplete or unreliable information, the company's executives will be liable for it, facing a warning or a fine. The amendments are effective from January 1, 2021.
