The CEO of SBER Solutions in Russia and the CIS Natalya Podvoyskaya took part in a panel discussion on the new challenges and opportunities for digitalization and highlighted the main trends in business process optimization.

She went on explaining that since most business processes are handled by a provider or are automated, the priority is to focus as much as possible on cities offering high-quality expertise.
